In September 2020, we have invested into a village house with its typical architecture for East Krkonoše Mountains (Východní Krkonoše – Rýchory).
The house is located in one of the most beautiful and restful parts of the Krkonoše mountains with beautiful nature round the whole year.
The house, after it is reconstructed, will serve as a house for rent for individuals, families or groups.
Since the time of the acquisitions, we were working on plans fori its reconstruction.
In June 2022 the main works on its reconstructions has started and is in progress.
At the moment, the house offers relaxation with living standards close to time when it was inhabited – no running water (it is in the stream next to the building), heating only using stove, dry toilet!
